Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the post of Bartender tenable at Zest Garden Lodge, Liwonde

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to

• Cleaning the bar at the beginning of every shift
• Ordering beverage stocks, cleaning materials, stationery, condiments, and operating equipment from stores.
• Displaying all beverages available
• Taking orders from guest
• Welcoming guest
• Presenting bills to guests
• Handling Containers and operating equipment properly and participating in stock take counts

Knowledge, Skills Competencies, and attributes desired

• Certificate in food and beverage services from a well-recognized institution
• A full MSCE
• One year experience in a hotel or similar bar skills
• Good knowledge of various beverages
