Day in and day out, they toil away, often with limited autonomy, working diligently to make their employer wealthy while sacrificing their own personal time and aspirations. This dynamic, where employees dedicate the majority of their days to serving someone else's agenda, raises significant questions about independence, fulfillment, and the value of one's time.

Consider the typical scenario: an individual spends the entirety of their workweek, totaling 26 out of 30 days in a month, catering to the needs and goals of their employer. This leaves them with a mere four days to tend to their personal affairs, pursue their passions, or simply relax and recharge. Such a lopsided distribution of time raises concerns about the imbalance of power and priorities in the employer-employee relationship.

While the owner or manager of the business may enjoy the freedom to pursue their interests and allocate their time as they see fit, employees often find themselves bound by the constraints of their employment. Their schedules, tasks, and objectives are dictated by someone else, leaving them with little room for self-directed action. This lack of autonomy can breed feelings of frustration, stagnation, and ultimately, a sense of being trapped in a cycle of servitude.
